A Mill Street man reports he is dealing with a yucky situation — a neighbor has taken to dumping used cat litter in front of his door.
The man, who didn't want his name used here, installed a surveillance camera to catch the litter leaver in the act. Here's what he posted to YouTube.
The man tells Patch he has filed complaints with Peabody Police and the Board of Health.
