PHOTOS: Remembering the Victims

When American Airlines Flight 11, hijacked by terrorists, crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center on 8:46 a.m. on Sept 11, 2001, it claimed the lives of three Peabody victims.

N. Janis Lasden, 46, and her boyfriend, Donald DiTullio, 49, who had moved to Peabody from Lynn several years before, were embarking on a vacation to Palm Springs, Fla. Christine Barbuto, 32, a Peabody native who was living in Brookline, was heading to Los Angeles on a business trip with several of her colleagues.

Peabody will hold on the 10th anniversary of the attacks.
