Peabody Resident to Give Climate Lecture on Wednesday
Peabody resident Anna McGinn will be giving a lecture on global climate change this Wednesday.
A Peabody-native and Dickson College senior Anna McGinn will be giving a talk on global climate change this Wednesday event at the Peabody Institute Library.
McGinn will be giving the lecture, called “Global Perspectives on the Changing Climate,” based on her experiences at the 2011 United Nations Climate Change Conference in South Africa as part of a research team from Dickinson College, which is in Pennsylvania.
The talk is scheduled for Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Peabody Institute Library at 82 Main St. Register online at www.peabodylibrary.org.
