Holocaust Survivors at Aviv Centers in Peabody Join List Recovery Project

Seven Holocaust survivors at the Aviv Centers for Living in Peabody join the list to honor the memory.

Jean Wall and others from the Aviv Centers for Living in Peabody joined the Shoah Victims' Names Recovery Project, an international effort to identify Holocaust survivors and honor their memory, reported The Boston Globe.

Holocaust Remembrance Days are April 27 and 28 this year, and seniors at Aviv are adding to a list of 4.2 victims that have been included since the project's beginning in 1955, said the Globe.  There are seven Holocaust survivors living at Aviv, presently.
