Patricia Brady-Danzig star of Ireland on Parade 2014 to visit Peabody High School School of Performing Arts

International classical soprano, Patricia Brady-Danzig, in town to star in “Ireland on Parade 2014” (irelandonparade.com) on March 2 in Marblehead, has been invited to visit the students of Peabody High School during a special Musical Day on Wednesday, February 26, courtesy of Jon Simmons, Director of the Performing Arts Department of Peabody High School. 

Ms. Brady-Danzig has sung in the best opera houses of the world, from the cathedrals of Europe to our own Carnegie Hall. A former public school music teacher and an accomplished musician, Ms. Brady-Danzig has taught master classes at schools, colleges and universities worldwide, including Smith College, Northampton, MA; Duke University, NC; Music Academy, Bucharest, Romania; Trinity College, University College, Dublin; Columbia University, NY; University of Nuevo Leon, Monterrey, Mexico; Pompeii, Italy; Germany and Switzerland, among others.

Patricia Brady-Danzig is also an active church choir conductor, church musician, and pianist for the PEL Chamber Trio.  Patricia’s love of music led her to form PBD Associates, Inc., her non-profit foundation dedicated to helping musicians worldwide.

Patricia is in town to produce and star in Ireland on Parade, a traditional Irish Music & Dance Extravaganza held each year in a different location using local talent. Previous productions of Ireland on Parade have been held in Dublin, Ireland; Bucharest, Romania; Chicago, Maryland, Virginia, and New York.
