Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Whether you are three or seventy three, just moving your bones is good for you. And NRG has a program for you, regardless of your talent level or aspiration. The schedule here accommodates budding ballerinas and those less nimble who just enjoy movement and want to get their heart rates up. There are classes for hip hop, ballet, tap, jazz, acro, lyrical, point, Zoomba and adult only. Check out the schedule, there's always something happening.
