Karen's Ballroom Dancing & Fitness Studio offers classes and private lessons for individuals interested in dance and fitness. Instruction is available for individuals of all levels of skill and ability. The studio teaches ballroom dancing and offers classes to help prepare a couple for their wedding dance. Yoga, Zumba and a "Cardio Strip-Tease" class are all available at the studio.
