Thanks, Diane. Is Charlie's Garage in Peabody or Salem though? I know of one in Salem, but not Peabody. If you are thinking of the Witch City one, then make sure to go vote in the best mechanic's poll on Salem Patch. Our poll here is just looking at Peabody.

You didn't even include FasTrack on Summit Street! They're my favorite by far. I was referred there by the Peabody Chamber of Commerce (thank you Deanne Healey!), and have since referred several people from City Hall. Please add them - thanks.

Peabody Auto Clinic doe's a great job on Volvos and other high end cars.Honest and reasonable. Not a high line looking place,but he has been around for years.

Boy you missed the boat. Peabody firefighters operate Spoffords Diagnostics and Autoservices on Walnut street he's rated the highest customer satisfaction on the net and YOU don't even have him listed

Good Morning John, Happy Sunday:) I have to agree with Will, Spofford Diagnostic is a great asset for Peabody. Spofford Automotive is the place we, at Larson's Service, http://www.larsonsservice.com highly recommend for vehicles and concerns not serviced at our shop! John Spofford is not only a talented technician and really great guy, he is very dedicated to other Peabody causes, including Firefighting and Animal Rescue. Spofford's definitely is one of Peabody's best, and deserves to be recognized!

Hi John, Please include Gaeta's Auto and Towing Service, Route 1 South at Lake Street, they have been there since 1964 and always treat their Customers and their Cars with the utmost professionalism and care! They have a full service repair facility as well as Mass. Inspection Station for Cars, Trucks, Diesels and Motorcycles.

Hi Matt, sorry we didn't get you guys in on the poll. The poll, as stated above in the article, however, closed Friday at 9 a.m. Each week when we do a Best of Patch Readers' Choice article, polling is open from Monday at 5 a.m. to Friday at 9 a.m. The winner is then announced Friday at noon. So, unfortunately, I can't do anything at this point, but I also notice that Gaeta's isn't listed in our business directory -- Patch Places. I will email you over some instructions on how to get it in there.
