The following are excerpts from reports in the Peabody Police Department press log from Nov. 25-27.

Sunday, Nov. 25

• 2:32 p.m. Ashley M. Linear, 24, of 17 Pope St., Salem, was arrested, following a motor vehicle stop on Harris Street. She was charged with attaching plates, a marked lanes violation, driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle and on a suspended license.
• 4:05 p.m. A caller at Mobile Estates on Route 1 reported two males in a gray sedan were following a female on foot and yelling threats at her out the car windows. The female was last seen walking toward the main gate and the vehicle took a left turn before the gate. An officer located the female at Four-Star Towing and reported it was just an argument.
• 4:57 p.m. A 49-year-old Lynnfield woman was issued a no trespassing order for a year at the Northshore Mall after she was detained by store security at JC Penney shoplifting. Police said she had consumed a few alcoholic beverages.
• 6:12 p.m. A caller at a Northend Street apartment reported her camera was stolen by a family member. An officer reported an argument escalated into a custody dispute while he was there.
• 6:30 p.m. A car struck a deer at the corner of Lowell Street and Apple Hill Road. Police said there was some damage to the front-end of the vehicle, but it was still drivable. The deer was gone from the scene.
• 7:40 p.m. A male reported a case of larceny by false pretenses. He said he sold his car to his ex-girlfriend who had cancelled her personal check for $2,000.

Monday, Nov. 26

• 1:31 a.m. Angelo A. Macaya, 27, of 4 Sanborn St. #2, Peabody, was arrested at his home for domestic assault.
• 8:10 a.m. A 55-year-old Peabody man was issued a court summons for malicious destruction of property over $250 and assault, following a report of an unwanted customer causing a disturbance at a Summit Street business.
• 8:43 a.m. Donald L. Dupuis, 42, of 0 Granite St., Peabody, was arrested, following a motor vehicle stop at the corner of Brentwood Drive and Ravenwood Road. He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield and on an outstanding warrant from Wrentham District Court.
• 9:47 a.m. A Crane Brook Way resident reported her vehicle was stolen -- a blue 2005 Jeep Liberty.
• 11:52 a.m. A caller reported that while he was walking on Walnut Street near the new park under construction, a temporary fence had fallen over and cut his ear. He went to Salem Hospital on his own for treatment.
• 11:57 a.m. A resident at Brooksby Village reported she gave a caller two credit card numbers and two online purchases were subsequently made.
• 12:39 p.m. An officer reported a towel was on fire in the middle of Washington Street.
• 1:49 p.m. Glenn E. Roderick, 41, of 18 Elm St. #2, Peabody, was arrested at a Lowell Street address on an outstanding warrant from Peabody District Court for armed robbery with a firearm. See related story.
• 2:23 p.m. A Crane Brook Way resident reported her vehicle was returned to her, but a male was harassing her.
• 2:59 p.m. A Peabody man was transported to Salem Hospital after a two-car accident near Sear's Automotive at the mall.
• 3:02 p.m. Mall security reported an iPod was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at the Northshore Mall.
• 4:11 p.m. Report of a car into a telephone pole on Mt. Pleasant Drive. A 19-year-old Peabody resident was cited for texting while driving. The vehicle was towed and there were no injuries.
• 4:39 p.m. Middleton police requested assistance in locating an iPad stolen in their town during a home burglary. Police said they were unable to locate the vehicle in question at the Northshore Mall.
• 4:50 p.m. A caller at New England Homes reported her debit card was fraudulently used.
• 4:59 p.m. The Northshore Mall was evacuated due to a possible gas leak. Police said there was an odor of gas detected, but neither National Grid nor the Fire Department were able to determine if there was in fact a gas leak. Shoppers were let back inside the mall.
• 5:45 p.m. Robert A. Bouffard, 62, of 1222 Crane Brook Way, Peabody, was arrested for receiving stolen property over $250, larceny under $250 and on a warrant. A Crane Brook Way resident had reported that an unwanted person who stole her vehicle was out in the parking lot. Police found Bouffard out in the vehicle -- a blue 2005 Jeep Liberty -- with the keys and placed him under arrest.
• 6:36 p.m. Report of a pickup truck that struck a deer on Lowell Street. The deer, which was injured, was euthanized and picked up by a local resident.
• 7:32 p.m. A caller on Lowell Street reported a bottle of perfume was stolen from her apartment the day before.
• 7:55 p.m. Elvis Pineda, 35, of 35 Baldwin Ave. #2, Everett, was arrested for shoplifting at Sears.
• 10:36 p.m. A male caller reported he might have spotted the fugitives wanted out of Plaistow, N.H. over on Sprague Street at 7 p.m. He described a male and female who sounded similar to the wanted couple and detectives were dispatched to search the area.

Tuesday, Nov. 27

• 12:17 a.m. A caller at Paddy Kelly's reported a smashed window to a motor vehicle. An iPod was stolen. Police said a suspect was identified from the camera system at the bar and the person hailed a cab at Buddha's Tavern. Police said the suspect jumped out of the cab in the area of Washington Street, however, and was last seen wearing a gray or green sweatshirt and jeans. Salem police were notified.
• 1:47 a.m. Security at Holiday Inn reported a car window was smashed. The vehicle owner was not identified yet and it was unclear what was stolen.
• 4:52 a.m. A caller at the Homewood Suites Hotel reported a car window was smashed. The vehicle owner was not identified and it was unclear what was stolen.
• 9:59 a.m. A 16-year-old was arrested at a Lowell Street residence on an outstanding warrant from Salem Juvenile Court on charges of attempting to commit a crime and breaking into a vehicle for a felony.
• 10:47 a.m. A caller reported a suspicious male in the parking lot outside JC Penney. An officer said the man did not have a firearm on him, but he was transported to Salem Hospital by ambulance to be evaluated.
