The Lady Tanners Softball team hoped to get the jump on the Danvers High Falcons when they came to Peabody High to play Friday afternoon, but the Danvers High softballers took an early lead and never looked back.
Paced by a relentless hitting attack and run scoring barrage, the Danvers High girls softball team ran off with a 13-4 victory as the Lady Tanners could only muster four runs and could do very little to slow down the Falcons offense.
