Peabody firefighters extinguished a burning shed on Baldwin Street Saturday afternoon.

Peabody firefighters made quick work of a structure fire that broke out in a large shed on Baldwin Street Saturday afternoon.

At 3:40 p.m., fire and police units responded to 2 Baldwin St. after receiving word that flames were coming from a large shed in the rear of the property.

By the time local firefighters arrived on scene, the shed was "fully involved" and crews worked for approximately 35 minutes to knock down the blaze.

Fire officials are still investigating what caused the fire.
