Parking Ban Now in Effect for Peabody
The city has declared an emergency parking ban due to the snow tonight.

The snow this weekend didn't turn out as first predicted, but with at least 1-2 inches expected to collect tonight in Peabody, the city has declared an emergency parking ban.
No on-street parking will be allowed across the city until further notice.
The National Weather Service says a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until midnight when the snow is expected to taper off.
