Larson's Chosen by Readers as Best Car Mechanic Around
This South Peabody shop has been in business since 1986.
Larson's Service was the clear winner in our readers' poll for the best car mechanic in Peabody.
The Lynn Street garage won handily on total votes and on most positive reviews from readers.
Here's what they had to say:
"Excellent, quality automotive and personal service. They truly care about their customers. They offer sound advice and never steer you in the wrong direction. Dependable and supportive automotive care. Have never experienced such a level of professionalism with any other mechanics. Worth every penny and more. They should be rated #1" -- Pamela Cole
"Great people, good work, fair prices. And a nice personable woman, at the helm. I would recommend them, any time, for their work ethics" -- Rocco Avellino
"Top of the line. Wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else. Clean shop, professional service, fair prices, friendly atmosphere" -- Edward Waggoner
Stay tuned for our next installment of "Best of Patch Readers' Choice" first thing on Monday to vote for your favorite place to grab breakfast in Peabody.

Will, I'll say this one more time: we stated up front that we did not have everyone on the list to start -- there are about 80 or so car mechanic shops in one form or another in Peabody -- and encouraged readers to let us know if their favorite was missing. As readers chimed in over the course of the week, we updated the list and poll. That's how each topic is handled each week.
