The image shows off the household model within the new center with a design representing a new trend in senior living, according to Aviv. The home-like quality of the accommodations allows residents to dine, relax and enjoy life together, says Aviv.

“We are thrilled to unveil this photo illustration to the public to begin visually telling the story of how the Aviv campus, including the Waldfogel Heath Center, will revolutionize senior care on Boston’s North Shore,” said Aviv Presidenct and CEO Stephen Neff in a press statement.
Aviv says its care delivery system includes high staff-to-resident ratios, community spaces and an inviting atmosphere. Each neighborhood will have 12 private and two semi-private rooms and a parlor.

The Waldfogel Center is slated to open in the fall of 2012.
