Peabody Swimming and Diving won against Lynn Classical, 104-74, at the Lynn Vocational Technical School on Jan. 15.

Winning events for the Tanners were the boys 200-yard medley relay team of Alex Guay, Pat Jwansowski, Zack Melville, and Alex Strakosha with a time of 1:59.25; this relay team also went on to win the 200-freestyle relay (1:45.79). 

Nina Pappacostas won the 200-yard freestyle (2:26.09), Pat Jwanowski won the 50-yard freestyle (26.94), Paige Hayward won diving (156.75), and Meghan Lurvey won the 100-yard backstroke (1:14.34).

Alex Strakosha won the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:15.06 and the 100-yard freestyle (54.81), while his sister, Maria, won the 100-yard butterfly (1:06.78).

The Tanners, now 5-0-1, will be away at Marblehead on Jan. 20.
