The Peabody Institute Library is pleased to announce the next meeting of its Film Discussion Group. This event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. at the Main Library, located at 82 Main St. in Peabody.

This monthly discussion group provides a fun and exciting opportunity for participants to share their thoughts and feelings on movies. The art of filmmaking is discussed, as well as current trends and historical contexts which drive the creation of the selected films. The film selections focus on documentaries and award winning films.

At the September meeting, we will discuss "Blood Simple." Please view the film prior to the discussion.
